Last week, Baichuan Precision officially introduced a high-performance spectrometer from Hitachi High-Tech, marking a significant step forward in our material quality control and verification capabilities.

This advanced XRF spectrometer enables fast and non-destructive elemental analysis of a wide range of metals, including titanium alloys, stainless steels, and nickel-based alloys—materials commonly used in high-specification CNC machining projects.
With this new capability, we are now able to perform multi-stage material verification, including:
- Incoming material inspection
- In-process quality checks
- Final verification before delivery
This ensures that every batch of material strictly meets customer specifications and international standards.

Compared to conventional testing methods, the new spectrometer offers:
- Rapid analysis with improved efficiency
- Non-destructive testing
- High accuracy in detecting trace elements
- Portable design for flexible on-site use
As shown in the images, the instrument is housed in a robust protective case with custom foam inserts (Image 1), ensuring safe transport and storage. The well-organized layout of the main unit and accessories (Image 2) reflects the precision and professionalism of high-end analytical equipment.
This investment further strengthens Baichuan Precision’s capabilities in:
- High-end component manufacturing
- Vacuum chamber and surface treatment projects
- Aerospace and new energy applications
- Traceable quality control for custom materials
Baichuan Precision remains committed to continuous investment in both manufacturing and inspection technologies, delivering reliable, traceable, and high-quality solutions to our global customers.
