Made from 4340 steel, the clutch basket is precision machined on a 4-axis CNC milling machine before being heat-treated for strength and durability. The clutch basket features reinforced teeth that are designed to hold up against even the most intense horsepower levels while also ensuring optimal efficiency when transferring power from your engine to the gearbox. Wire cutting, EDM wire cutting, polishing – all of these steps are taken by our expert technicians in order to produce an astounding product worthy of holding up with hundreds of horses!

Why does this clutch basket have the ability to contain 800 horsepower?

The simplest truth is we modified the height so it can hold more friction plate. How many? The answer is 20 pcs! As you know, the original clutch basket can just hold 7 pcs of the friction plate. That is why it cannot handle more than 500 horsepower.

Let’s dig a little further. Most of the clutch baskets on market are made from forged work blank, which will make the material cost lower. But, you always get what you pay for, the broken neck happens a lot, then you have to pay more money to fix not just the clutch basket, but also the gears, which are more expensive than a new clutch basket. So we make it from monolithic materials having excellent thermal and mechanical properties. step by step, then you can get a high reinforced tooth and neck product and won’t worry about broken in the future.
