CNC machine allows for products to be made quicker and with better accuracy than any other type of machine available on the market today due to their ability to make very precise cuts. But most machines are limited by their own size. Can you imagine manufacturing a product as tall as a two-story building with +-0.01mm precision? Today we’ll be looking at our 6500mm*4200mm*1800mm gantry CNC machine which is one of the biggest in Jiangsu Province.

Maybe you have heard about the VMC850 CNC machine before, you may see it in every CNC machine shop, the working range is 850*500*500mm. It is enough for most products. But for some special industries, like semiconductors, aerospace, wind power, ship equipment and etc, require high tolerance on the giant products.

Making a gantry machine start working is not easy. We spent about fifteen thousand dollars to dig a pit to set this big monster. Then take about a week to assemble this CNC machine and another week to debug the machine.

During machining, we must double-check G-code and the worker will monitor the machining 24/7 because one step is wrong, the waste of material is more than thousands.

With the helping of a gantry CNC machine, we can supply giant products with good air tightness and without welding to ensure high precision.

(3)Pre-shipment inspection-100% inspected by QC department before shipment and each product is included with inspection report.
