Filling machine side panel

With the expansion of the vaccine field, the need for filling machines increasing fast. Here is a customized side panel for filling machines.

The dimension of this panel is 852*220*10mm,  which is difficult to achieve high accuracy of flatness and parallelism. 6061 Aluminum is easy to machine, which means it is not hard as steel. So the first thing is to get a high-quality material. It has to be very flat and have good parallelism, also the surface must be covered with plastic film to avoid bad scratches.

For such a big panel, we can’t finish all processing at one time. After drilling some holes or milling some surfaces, we had to take it off the machine and check deformation, make it flat again, and fix it on the machine to continue the processing. So you can get a qualified flat panel.

The other thing we need to take care of is the scratches on the surface during processing. Thanks to sandblasting, it can cover most of the scratches, and with the helping of anodizing, you can see the fantastic surface now!
