Custom front panels

It’s an operation panel, which is made of aluminum 6061.

We did black anodizing and sandblasting to this panel, and removed part of anodized coating for conducting electricity and doing laser marking.

You can see that the size of this panel is relatively large, so we have to take account of deformation issue when processing a whole piece of aluminum block into such a shape as this, and the sandblasted and anodized surface looks fine and smooth. To be honest, it’s difficult to find high-quality anodizing plants under current policies of environment protection. As we can see, there are some blank lines and letters on surface, which are engraved by laser on anodized surface. Because the anodized surface is nonconducting, so making these lines is meeting the need of the conductivity of this panel. For the lettering, we can change it as per the clients’ requirements. The seemingly simple panel is created by many manufacturing steps including the purchase of raw material, CNC machining, sandblasting, anodizing, laser engraving and the removal of anodized coating. A failure during any step will result in product scrap, so working with reliable machine shops can ensure timely delivery and high-quality product.
