Look what we did to turn a functional item into a romantic one! This is one of our representative products. The main feature of this enclosure is the design on the outer surface. The cambered surface looks like a leaf and it’s very difficult to make this kind of smooth shape in the aluminum industry. How can we do that? Except equipped with high-accuracy CNC milling machines,  the most important is our engineers have rich experience in aluminum processing. As we are a CNC machine shop that specialized in customized parts according to customers’ drawings or samples, we are not just manufacturing, but also providing optimization on design. The original design is too complex to make, then our engineer gave it some modification. Now, the cambered surface seems simple but elegant.

The surface treatment of the product is sandblasting and silver anodizing. The process makes the surface looks like a leaves pattern, which gives it a very natural aesthetic feeling for customers.

Q4. How long will it take to make the sample?
1-3 days for sample orders

Q5. How to control quality?
(1)Raw material inspection- Using spectrum detection for raw material to ensure real material, and material inspection report is available.
(2)Production first inspection-Ensuring the critical dimensions in mass production.
(3)Pre-shipment inspection-100% inspected by QC department before shipment and each product is included with inspection report.

Q6.What will you do if we get poor quality parts?
